About Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Lifecycle & Enrollment Management: Pre-Enrollment: Collaborate with marketing and offshore teams to manage inquiries, verify documents, and process applications. Ensure compliance with visa and ESOS Act requirements for international students. Post-Enrollment: Oversee student onboarding, orientation sessions, and communication materials. Maintain up-to-date attendance and academic records.
  
  
• Student Services & Academic Administration: Publish results, track academic performance, and ensure timely data updates. Design and implement intervention plans for at-risk students. Handle student grievances with empathy and escalate when necessary.

• Offshore Office Coordination: Supervise offshore administrative staff handling student communication, data entry, and enrollments. Maintain workflow efficiency and consistent service quality across both offices. Ensure policy alignment and timely delivery of tasks.
  
  
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain full compliance with ASQA and ESOS Act standards. Regularly audit student records and ensure complete documentation. Produce reports on student outcomes, trends, and improvements.

• Leadership & Office Operations: Lead day-to-day operations including vendor management and office logistics. Train and mentor team members, both locally and offshore. Utilize systems like Moodle, Wisenet, RTO Manager, and CRM tools to streamline operations.

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administration within international education or student services.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain compliance.
• Strong command of student management systems like Moodle, Wisenet, and RTO Manager.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of 24 months to ensure continuity and growth.
