Employment Type: Full-Time (Sunday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Reports To: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Admissions & Enrollment
• Process applications, issue offers, and manage course variations and extensions.
• Communicate with education agents and offshore teams to ensure timely and compliant admissions.
• Maintain accurate student records using Wisenet, RTO Manager, and internal systems.
• Student Support & Records Management
• Monitor and record student attendance, performance, and progression.
• Assist in onboarding, orientation planning, and academic documentation.
• Prepare and maintain student and agent folders in Drive, Dropbox, and internal platforms.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Assist in internal audits and data validation for PRISMS and AVETMISS.
• Support reporting on student enrollment and academic performance.
• Help ensure institutional compliance with ASQA and ESOS standards.
• Office Coordination & Team Support
• Support daily operations, coordinate communication through Viber/email.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across functions and campuses.
• Participate in training and contribute to workflow improvements.

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Education, or related field.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience (preferably in education or BPO).
• Familiarity with student management systems (Wisenet, RTO Manager, Moodle) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of 24 months. High performers will be considered for promotion to Administrative Manager post-probation.
